Hey!
The payment was realized the 22nd of March but the account was not turned into Premium
The refference number is 408762895*** . What is going wrong ?

Hi Kadri,
I have the same problem. Been billed for premium on Jan 20th, 2012 and the status on SKYPE has not changed. I cannot use CHAT, since I need to be known as premium. Also looking for a email or phone number.
At best I should cancel the premium, since I am not getting the service, $107 dollars worth) that I signed up for.
Do you have additional options for contacting SKYPE?

I have the same problem.
Reference number 598851702.(Payment done on 30.03.2012;Status - Delivered)
The link does not work on the : Go to solution.
It is just transferring you back to buy Skype Premium.

Were you intending to include an unlimited calling plan to your Premium? Currently it's not included, so it seems you have chosen the option to proceed without the unlimited calling plan.
