1st item - The comparison chart on the web site for a 3 month Premium Subscription shows $6.74 and includes unlimited calls to US and Canada. I signed up and was charged $8.99.
2nd item - I made a call to a phone in the US and was charged $1.406
I am misunderestanding the Skype subscription discount offer and what "unlimited" calls to US and Canada mean? Thanks in advance for any clarification.

Your account shows that payment was for 1 month only. You can check your order history here: https://secure.skype.com/account/purchase/history/

I would recommend contacting customer service, get these orders reversed and purchase 3 or 12 month Skype Premium from: http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/prices/premium/
Important: During payment process when you are presented with the price make sure you choose 3 or 12months.
