Requesting a refund!!

I've been charged $25 every month for skype credits and I just received unlimited credits for three months. I can't stop the auto-recharge, can someone please contact me now? I'm really pissed off right now, y'all will hear from me if it's not done. There's no **bleep**ing customer service number, I need to hear from it today!

Re: Requesting a refund!!

I have just signed up for 3 months of 60 mins per month to Canada, via my mobile/cell phone.  A message arrived on my mobile advising me to click on a link to download Skype.  When I do that I get a message telling me Skype isn't available for your device.  Maybe you should just refund my money and we can forget all about this great offer!!!  Be advised this experience ahs cure me of geting involved in any of your other schemes.  Why pray, may I not communicate with Skype directly.  If there is a way, how does one access it?

Re: Requesting a refund!!

Foyan,

Thanks for links but that does not answer the question.

https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA297/How-do-I-request-a-refund ?

The chat thing did not work at all, and profile thing with purchase is incomplete.

I recently purchased Skype Premium and purchased the Online Number. The only thing listed is the Skype Premium purchase.

My purchase decision was based solely on the need to allow incoming calls. That feature never worked! Yes, I opened all the ports on the firewall.

I want a complete refund of all my money.

Please instruct everyone with the correct instructions on how to contact Customer Support. Yes, I saw the the little blurb about not taking customer support phone calls. It seems odd to me that you are in the telephone business and dont provide a telephone number for customer support.

Thanks for you time.

Re: Requesting a refund!!

You need to ask Customer Service to refund you.

Re: Requesting a refund!!

Skype is stealing from me also.  I just called my bank and filed a complaint. I have tried contacting Skype multiple times... I had to call my bank and change my account. Skype is **bleep**.

Re: Requesting a refund!!

This is sad. The free computer to computer works very well. To bad the services they charge for dont have the same quality.

I thought Skype was a reputable company!

PLEASE GIVE ME THE CONTACT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. i NEED A PHONE NUMBER. YOUR INVOICEING IS WRONG! DO YOU HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS?

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
