You pruchased this subscription for the first time on: 2010-10-22 and paid with Moneybookers.
As it was not possible to set up a recurring payment with Moneybookers, you were informed that subscription would be extended from your Skype Credit.

If for some reasons you don't want to keep the service, you can contact with Skype Customer Service and request a refund.
