Refund requests

Could someone please help. I need to request a refund as I haven't used SKYPE for a while and wasn't aware of the recurring autopayments.  I've found the following steps ie sign in, go to help topic PAYMENTS and select EFUND REQUESTS etc at https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA297/How-do-I-request-a-refund but where exactly is HELP once you sign in?. I looked in payment and prices under suppport but couldnt find anything.  Is there a number I can call for further help??

Hi,
No Skype doesn't offer a phone support.
Afrer you sign in and follow the steps (select topic and sub-topic) you will be given an oprion to send an email or chat with the agent.
If you do see a chat option I suggest you to select it, your problem will get addressed faster.

I subscribed for skype premium so that we could skype with my sisters in different countries all 3 of us together just worked twice, and even though the money gets deducted from my account every month without fail the service has been so bad that even skyping with one person (which you can do fro free) has been so bad! what have i been paying for!!! i would like my hard earned money to be refunded as i dont want to be paying for nothing!

I also have subscribed to  something that I am being chargeD 2.99 amonth , and I was told I don't need it, and now I can't get an answer, from live chat ,I  don't want to cancel my account , just don't want to be paying for something I donn't need . I just want to make an occasional video call in the states.

  I check my account subscriptions.

  I purchase the United States Unlimited min 1 month (order# 623427817)by visa at June 10,2012. But I has never used and agreed with the subscription (order# 633086774) at July 7,2012. 

Why does  the system automatically pay out without notification? It is so strange.
Could you refund the last subscription (order# 633086774) to me?

  I check my account subscriptions.

  I purchase the Unlimited India by visa at June 13,2012. But I has never used and agreed with the subscription at July 10,2012. As i have to go with the 3 months subscription not 1 month.

Could you refund the last subscription  to me and then i would add my 3 months subsciption?

I am lost on this help site. I do not see a chat option even after following other instructions. My online phone number does not work. When I call the number I get someone else's voice mail. And I get wrong numbers to my number. I would like a refund for the online number. It has never worked.
