For the second time, I am writing to request a refund of the $30.48 subscription charge on 12/08/11. I have cancelled my account, and this charge is not approved. I do not wish to pay for a service that I will not be using.
Refund the auto-subscription charge immediately.

Did you cancel your Subscription by filing with Customer Support?
This is the only way it can be done.
If not, please do so now.
