I got two charges today to my account in the amount of $14.19 to a bank account that I have NEVER used to purchase Skype credits, (I use Skype at work and use my company credit card), and can not find ANY contact phone numbers, email addresses, or ANYTHING.  I am beginning to wonder if Skype is a scam and whether you people are crooks, but this had better stop IMMEDIATELY or you will be reported to my banks fraud department as well as the Dept. of Consumer Affairs if I can not get someone at Skype to contact me via my email. I want someone at Skype to contact me IMMEDIATELY.

Hi,

Currently Skype doesn't offer phone support, but email and chat support are available 24/7.

Alternative is to go to support site, type in word support and first link you find is:

First of all Andre, the support information is a circle jerk, it keeps dumping me to these forums.  There is no phone number or email to contact you or a fraud department.  So now what??

I'll walk through the steps with you:
1) Open link: https://support.skype.com/support_selection
2) Sign in with your credentials (username and password)
3) Choose topic Payments > Unexpected payments
4) Scroll down the page and choose "Continue support request"
5) Choose "Start a chat"

New window will be opened for chat session.
