Sorry for my english

My problem is, I try to load some money on my skype account with paypal.

There is option for paypal payment, but aint works.Gave me an "restricted" answer.

I have read that skype sayin all paypal problems out of they authority.

Im sorry, I use my paypal account frequently and there is no problem with other sites.

So I may say the problem is on your side.Tried 10 different times.

Have you tried placing an order through website:
https://secure.skype.com/account/

When you sign into your account page please click on right side button to add credit.
If you still have the same issue then could you send a screenshot to customer service: https://support.skype.com/faq/FA1170

This will help them understand what is the issue and they can assist you further.

The first solution has worked for me.

Hopefuly from now I can load money also the regular way.
