Sir/Madam, 

My skype id is sandeeprana.in  and  13.99 USD auto debit from my paypal account.  This subscription useless to me. i do not talk over skype to phone with people. i use it rarely for pc to pc call. you can check in the free subscription period i didn't call anyone. so i request to you kindly refund my money. i hope you understand my problem.

Hi,

My skype ID is balakrishnakin, i have a smiliar problem, i have purchased skype credit only for one month worth 13.89 euros when i was in UK, i am back in India and my AMEX card has been charged another 13.89 Euros on March 23rd, this is not what i have subscribed to and my AMEX is a corporate card, can you guys cancel my latest order and refund money back to my Credit card ASAP, below is my order number

Februaruy 26th 2012 - 587873288 - is order placed by me

March 23rd 2012 - 596793475 - is an auto debit from my credit card, please cancel the order and refund the same to my credit card immedaitely,

i have mad an transaction for unlimited  calling from skype to any mobiles and phones in india . but my account is showing there is no balance in my account. i just want to know is there any amount has been withdrawn from my visa card. if yes then why is not showing in my account of skype

Hello,

You haven't purchased any credit. You have purchased a Subscription. A Subscriptifon is NOT credit (it's the opposite).

I signed up for World unlimited calls on Feb 27th for one month and tried to cancel it but was charged before the month was up for the following month.  I want to cancel it now How do I do that
