I started getting emails from Skype over a month ago reminding me that my Skype number was good until July 7 and to keep it I needed to extend my subscription. I did that via PayPal on 28 June. Then, on July 2, I got an email informing me that my subscription had automatically been renewed. Since I thought I had paid on the 28th I disputed the July2 payment and I suddenly found that my Skype service was cut off. I chatted on 2 July with Ree-Ann at Skype who( after a half-hour) assured me that she had reinstated my service, but Skype still will not let me place calls. Is there anyone there who knows what I need to do to get Skype service back?

Let me explain the situation
So far you had two different services:
a) Online Number, 12 month subscription
b)Unlimited US & Canada 12 month
From what I see is that you paid for an Online Number in June. But subscription was about to expire and as you had recurring payment agreement active, renewal was done automatically.
Perhaps you thought you renewed your package not a number?
In any case-now due to chargeback your account has been blocked.
Service cannot be restored manually by us, you will need to place a new order.

I am only writing this here out of frustration that no one at skype has responded to my "feedback" and there is no phone number listed to call. I had a World Unlimited subscription that was renewed by skype just yesterday without my explicit permission and without informing me in advance that this was about to happen. The first indication that something weird was happening to my account was that every 1-1/2 hours yesterday, my account was automatically recharged for $10 until I had a balance sufficient to pay for the subscription. I have now gone to cancel the subscription but it says my cancellation does not go into effect until July 8, 2013. I do not need the subscription any longer. I want a full refund immediately so that I don't need to reverse the charges on my credit card.

No se como se cargaron estos datos en el plan pero recien nos damos cuenta q estan cobrando el monto de 10,29dolares hace 6 meses.. NO PUEDE SER!!! El uso de Skype para hacer llamadas no me funciono nunca, Se ve claramente es mis movimientos que nunca utilice un llamado a otro telefono. Desde enero 2012 me cobran esto!Ni siquiera veo que tenga ningun saldo.. NO ENTIENDO NADA!!
Tienen que cancelar para que dejen de debitar el costo de U$s10,29 a la tarjeta de credito q figura a nombre de ADRIANO DA DALT.

on the 6th of July 12.
I received an email see copy below

but the credit has'nt arrived
I'm seriously out of pocket because of this.

My account was recharged automatically from debit card. But I am not able to see the amount credited in the skype account. The order number listed in the purchase history is xxxxxxxxx of 10$ on the date July 1-2012. The last four digit of card to which the amount deducted is 7137. I will be thankful if some one resolve this case.
