Ordering Problems

Hi there,

Just purhcased an online number and then purchased a one year unlimited US/Canada subscription. I had to place 2 separate orders, there was no way to add a second item and place just 1 order. I was charged the full $60 for the online number when I should have received 50% off this as stated online. Order number xxxxxxxxx is for online number and order number xxxxxxxxx is for the subscription.

I then tried to also buy a one year unlimited Europe subscription but your system would only let me select a 3 month subscription. My payment was then refused and I tried 3 times (order numbers xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxx, and xxxxxxxxx). I am using a regular credit card and there is no reason why it should be refused. Why can I not purchase another subscription using the same credit card?

This is the first time that I am purchasing an online number or a subscription and I am already a little frustrated. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Hi there,

Please disregard the part about my credit card, I was able to purchase the unlimited Europe subscription after all. Just need to know about the 50% off an online number when you purchase a subscription.

Hello again,

 

I posted a message on April 18th regarding being overcharged for my Skype number and have not received a reply yet. I bought a skype number and 2 subscriptions and was supposed to receive the skype number for $30 instead of $60. Please credit back my card for $30.00 as soon as possible.

Hi,
You didn't receive a discount, because you have purchased an Online Number before subscription.
In this case I suggest you to contact Skype Customer Support, explain the situation and request a refund.
Later on repurchase your number (it will be reserved for your account for 90 days).

Hello Joanna,

 

Thanks for your help. I contacted customer support and they had to cancel my online number. I then activated it again and received the 50% discount. I suggested that your website inform customers to purchase a subscription first and then purchase an online number to avoid confusion when ordering.

 

Anyway, everything is resolved and working just fine.

I also am having some Ordering Problems

I've purchased a Living Social deal with skype for 3 months unlimited calling credit.

I reviously had some credit left so I was expecting when the previous credit is low the new unlimited credit will start. However Skype just charged me another 10 dollar credit. I want a refund on the recent ten dollar credit that was charged.Here is the detailed charge.

                I was just checking the auto recharge facilities on my account and my card is charged by 10 euros so i was just checking the settings but it went through so i want this money to be reversed to my card otherwise i am going to cancel my card as it is an unauthorised payment ..so kindly reverse my money soon or else contact me via phone in xxxxxxxxxx  and the order number is xxxxxxxxx  so kindly do it now

Hi,

 

Just bought some skype credit but the problem was that while buying it through EC it kept saying that there was a problem with my order so I tried 3 times to pay. Now I have a mail, that TWO orders are pending..But I only want buy once. 

 

Is there a way to cancel my second pending order.
