On June 30, I paid for an annual subscription as well as an online number. The subscription went through just fine and I've been enjoying the usage of it. However, the online number status is still "Pending"... nearly three weeks later. This is a service that I desire to utilize so my family can call me while I'm in Iraq. What's the deal with this? Why can't I directly contact a support representative regarding this issue instead of posting a thread to a forum?
This is not the first time this issue happened. I dealt with the same thing a year and a half ago when I was in Afghanistan and no improvements have been made to this process why?
