I am a board member for a community association. We meet four times a year, but during two of those occassions may be necessary to meet via a video chat as the board members are not always able to make the required meeting. would it be possible to pay for only those meetings we need to connect at I suppose the business rate so as to have the greatest chance of having all members be present for the meeting at the same time. How many preminum business accounts would be required and what would be the cost. We do not need a year long contract with monthly charges. Thank You.
