I have been with Skype for a long time and today i got an e-mail from Skype that i have payd more then double price for my Thailand Unlimited subscription then before.
Before i pay 31,95 Norwegian Kroner every month.
Now i pay 79,99 Norwegian Kroner every month.
Why don't i get a mail from Skype that tell me that they have to change prices before they do so?

I am also having the same issue. I use to pay only 16.95 for 3 months for call to Thailand. Today I was charged 38.97 I did not receive an e-mail notification of any price changes. This is pretty upsetting to say the least.

Hi, I bought NTD400.00 credits in convenience store (7-11) in Taiwan.
I though everything should be setted well as the time I bought since the account name was required when topped up.
But the credit didn't show up when I login in. Please let me know how to do.

I have been with skype since 2009 , I used to pay £3.39 monthly for the unlimited suscription (landline calls to Colombia)but about 2 weeks ago I found out that since april I have been paying GBP14.94 monthly for the package without notification about the change of price . it is very disappointing and frustrating the fact that I will have to cancel the suscription without an answer of what happened as I do not understand why my friend who bought the same suscription at the same time is still paying GBP 3.39 for it .
it would be great if someone from skype gives an answer to my concerns. 27 june 2012
