No longer want current subscription recently charged for

I no longer want the Unlimited landline call subscription recently charged automatically on my credit card. I have cancelled the subscription, now I would like the service removed from my account and the $83.39 refunded please. You can't just take this money without confirmation. I signed up for this a year ago and hardly ever use it, how do you expect me to remember that there is an automatic payment after a year?

I just got charged the same way as you did just this morning without prior warning as I was on a yearly subscription myself. I'm also trying to get a refund on my card. I haven't even started using this plan as of April 28th (apparently the automatic renewal date of the plan)
