My subscription has been suspended ????!!

It shows me

 

"Your subscription has been suspended as you have exceeded your allocated free minutes.Your free minutes will start again on Nov 11, 2011."

 

but I just pay my subscription today, and Skype just sent me an invoice e-mail.

I just don't get it what's going on.

I'd like to know which free minutes is it talking about...I mean, I PAY the subscription and when I don't have minutes left I BUY skype credit...so free minutes? where?

I’m in the exact same position now. This is absolutely ridiculous! But not only that: in addition to the suspension of my subscription, my “free minutes” were supposed to start again yesterday! But I still have no minutes and cannot make calls covered by my subscription, while the payment was indeed taken 3 days ago.

So, how does this work? You pay for something, but if you use it (i.e. you use all the minutes you pay for) your subscription is suspended (but, unsurprisingly, not the payment). And then, they say that this absolutely unfair “suspension” was supposed to end one day, but it doesn’t! On top of that they even dare saying “free minutes”.

 

As a Skype costumer who has trusted this company for years, I am really frustrated with this new situation that had never happened to me before, and I expect a full explanation.

THe same thing happened to me. I have found out that my subscription has been suspended because the free minutes has been exceeded. So, I heve bought a new subscribtion and I hace received an email saying "we have delivered your order". Yet my account shows that I have 0 minute left!

Same problem happened to me,

 

I was having a 400 Min call it finished before end on month, then I renewed it. Right now I cannot call because of this message "Your subscription has been suspended as you have exceeded your allocated free minutes.Your free minutes will start again on Dec 19, 2011" however today is 19-12-2011.

I have the same isssue! And they cancelled the "Email" option in the above link!
