My subscription URGENT!

My subscription is supposed to be billed on May 9, today is May 8 and I got a notification from Skype saying my order has been delivered!  How do I cancel this order?  And make sure I won't be charged for the subscription?

Today is actually 9th if you are in GMT timezone :happy:

Skype systems calculate in GMT so that if you travel to another country with different timezone you won't lose subscription hours.

Oh ok.  I will be getting a voucher worth $5.00 of free Skype Credit from Skype by taking up the subscription after my free trial ends which is today.  When can I expect to receive the voucher by email?  Thanks!

Interesting.
I've not heard of this offer about extra $5, but then again offers are sometimes country based and it might be that in my country it is not offered.

Please open a support ticket with customer service as shown here:

Make sure you provide them with the link or email that describes this offer about 5USD

i have a new visa debit card and my subscription is due but it will not let me enter my new card details, ive tried deleting browsing history and cookies but still have no joy in entering my ner card details....help please

I just received a billing AGAIN through Paypal account! Why am I on a different bassis for payment when I was on a 3 month for $8.40? Something is diffenently wrong. I would like to be on a yearly bassis for $30.50. Why have you got me on your billing you now have me on. I wish to make payment for one full year of $30.50. Please see that I am on that bassis from now on. Attached is showing what they just charged my account AGAIN! Thank you.

I tried to put my attachement of billing on this and it will not work. However on May 1, 2012 they charged me $10.00 and now on May 7, 2012 they sent to paypal an additional charge of $10.00. I want to be on a yearly bassis for $30.50. Please, Please put me on this ASAP [as soon as possible]. And refund the portion that should not be chargable. Invoice # 609558439 Thank you.
