Missing Skype Credit

I bought Skype credit with my Paypal account.   The credit never showed up though so I wasn't sure if the transaction went through.

Now I have my Paypal bill and sure enough, Skype got the money but I never got the credit.

I can't even find a way to contact anyone by email to enquire.   I'll post here, then if necessary I'll handle it through Paypal where at least I can speak to someone on the phone.

Please click the "Account" link at the top of this page, logon using the Skype name in question, and then you will see a "View Purchase History" link, please click on it.

Additionally, you can review call history from the same page as well, to see when/if Skype credit was used.
