Hi Skype,
My subscription order still not activated.
I purchased my new subscription yesterday and I was told by reply that it has been delivered and it will be activated automatically when my last subscription ends today but it has not been activated. Hope you will check on this for me as early as possible.

Hello,
Your new Subscription will be activated when your old one expires at midnight on the relevant expiry date. There will be no break in service.
TIME ZONE - US EASTERN - PHILADELPHIA PA USA - UTC/GMT MINUS 5 HOURS
I recommend that you always run the latest software version: Windows & Mac

i have the same problem on skype .. it must be activate automaticly . it's writing
" 11.04.2012 " it will automaticly renew but no .
and skype take that package wage at 08.04.2012 .
so when will be activate ?

I am also having the same problem. I started off by buying Skype credit - but then changed to a subscription. The Credit is now to low to make a call. I am supposed to have a valid subscription (acording to my account´s detail) - but for some reason it is not active.
PLEASE - help me out here!

this skype customer service is total bull**bleep** all it does is run you around in circles as it looks like sype takes your money but does not give you any support or customer service i have paid $66.00 AUD direct in to there bank account for a service i have 120 minutes left on and it is still not activated as i am in europe and have family concerns back home in Australia i find this skype payment system pathetic and does not supply customer service

Mine too. It says it renews on 13 May 2012.. But still it has not activated.. (I bought it on 1 May 2012) I was under the impression that if I ran out of minutes before the end of the period and if I buy another subscription it will activate immediately. But it is not.. I have to wait wait wait till the end of the previous period and pathetic situation is still it is not activated.
And for the people who pay money to skype, support is worst.

my subscription ran out May 10, was automatically reinstated May 10/12 (Order No. 486499171) yet I am still unable to call. I tried to pay again yet the payment was refunded immediately.
