Lost credit

Hi, I have lost $26.88 credit which I had on my account.....it has just disappeared ??? Where can I find out what has happened to it ? I have a record of payment on my credit card statement. Can anybody help please ?

You haven't lost your credit, you are just signed in with the wrong account :happy:
