Lost credit

I received notice from Skype on 4/6/12 that I needed to use service within three days to keep my credit ($9.16) active.   On 4/8/12, I made a call, then clicked on link to reactivate credit and screen says that I do not have any credit to reactive.   Please advise.

Hi Jim,

Account you used for this forum to make this post doesn't have any orders, which means most likely this notification was not for this account.
If you have other accounts then please make sure you reactivate credit on the correct account.
In case you don't know your other account username, then customer service can find out the account based on your billing information.
