I am a premium member but still find it difficult to get email response from Skype, finding an icon to call live chat is most difficult, does anyone know how I can start a live chat, they have made it convoluted on purpose it seems.

I feel live chat should be available to everyone. It is infact convoluted purposes.

For a comunication system this one stinks. It is impossable to get any support. I spend all my time working on getting my phone to work. Yes I am irritated for the lack of support. Does any one know how to contact any one on this Skype?

• Skype Premium customers
• Skype Manager™ administrators
• Other groups of eligible paying customers

Alternative set of steps:

1) Open this link: https://support.skype.com/support_selection

2) Sign in with your Skype account credentials

3) Choose the most suitable topic

4) Scroll at the bottom of the page and choose Continue support request

5) Choose chat support if you are eligible or email support if you are not.
