I also just redeemed a voucher; 10 pounds for 20 pounds credit and then was converted to NZ$ and put into my skype account. The lowest current rate of conversion should have given me around $40 NZ; instead got only $30. What is the story? I would like to ask Skype but cant see any way to do so.

You are lucky - I have been trying to redeem a voucher for several days - keep getting the "whoops" we are having technical problems try again later!
Still trying in Ireland.

I had the EXACT problem... I entered the voucher and it gave me 0 credits... tried it again and SKYPE said the voucher had been redeemed... please give me my credit!!!
