I have purchased 3 month premium plan for international call to S. Korea.
But after I purchased it, I noticed that unlimited call is not applied to mobile phone, which is my primary usage.
I want to get refund for 3 month plan and buy other plan that suit to me, so want to know if it is possible.
I didn't use any skype service since I purchased 3 month plan.
Contact the support desk - I just had a similar problem. I double paid. After text-chatting with the rep I got the refund.
