Incorrect charge to my credit card

After checking my credit card billing, I noticed 2 charges done by Skype on the same day.
One in the value of R$ 25,00 (brazilian currency) authorized by me via the automatic recharge option, and another of 115,00 EUROS!! That last one was not requested nor authorized by me, and although it has been charged, I haven't got any credits of it!!
I'd like to know how to have a refund of that value and solve the issue.
