Incorrect billing, please fix this. it is not acceptable.

Hello,

My  account name is simon.vincent.langton  I bought skype credit for 11.50 gbp and I did uncheck the recharge button, The recharge has been activated and has taken money out of my account.
I did not buy a subscription to New Zealand on January the 5th and I did not authorize this, especially as I only bought the 11.50  credit on the 8th of march and the payment for the 5th of January came out on the 8th of March.  I have contacted my bank and will be contacting the relevant ombudsmen, if this is not rectified, I was deeply distressed to find that these unwanted and incorrect payments had been taken from my account, how can a customer trust that you would not empty their account on a whim.
I am also unhappy that it is extremely difficult to contact you so that problems can be rectified without any animosity.  Please reply to my email so this situation can be fixed to the satifaction of both parties.
Regards
Simon Langton

Incorrect Billing -- threatening loss of credit for non-use

Skype sent me an e-mail today stating I would lose $20.00 in credits in thirty days because of non-use. This is not true. I use Skype often. What is going on? Apparently SKYPE does everything it can to avoid direct contact with clients. Why is there no option for direct contact to SKYPE customer service?  My skype name is LAZODD.  I wish to hear from SKYPE, not some other frustrated customer.

Re: Incorrect Billing -- threatening loss of credit for non-use

Hi,

You have 2 Skype accounts and you are using only one of them, but credit is about to expire on the other

This FAQ can help you find your secondary username: https://support.skype.com/faq/FA10858

Since it's not possible to transfer credit from one account to another you can either use up credit on your secondary account or request a refund: https://support.skype.com/faq/FA297
