There were many times, at least 20, when I made a call which was disconnected after a second or two. Although the call was not actually made, your system levied 5 pence each time. I don't think this is fair.

Did you get re-imbursed? Is there a way to contact an actual support tech person? I'm using Skype for years for some overseas calls now I'm realy frustrated with disconnected calls, I won't use Skype no more! Shame on you Microsoft!
