Human beings aren't much help. I have access to online chat through Skype Professional and it's absolutely the worst customer support anywhere -- useless and time consuming.

I want one, too. I am trying to get rid of my monthly group subscription, but don't know how. You can get this service free on Google.

No kidding! Looks like Skype doesn't want to hire anyone in the US either. They have your money I have no order. No one to talk to but the keyboard. Can it get anymore Frustrating. Just give me my money BACK!
Well' I have the same problem...cannot talk to nobody at skype....my suscription has expired as they say and it says now that the same suscription is no longer available in my region....
Microsoft bought this company and now we have a ghost telling me what to do without being able to interact....
I am not impressed....
I renewed my subscription. The account history shows that it's been paid, but whenever I try to make a call it says that I need to get skype credit or renew my subscription. Now it's saying that it is not available in my region. How do I get my money back or this to work?
Just starting myself and wonder why "the experts" aren't available. Maybe someone can help but have signed in apx. 10 times and finally got here. Anyway,
1. I spent an hour looking for the number that I would take. (not a good one, just ok)
2. I wanted to pay for the year, but it said per call or per month, so, i wanted to find out about the credit.
3. got sent to another page and now can't get the number I wanted?
4. Is there anyway I have been reserved that number?
5) How do you pay for the year? Is it Skype Credit?
6) and, because of this problem, and the LACK OF A HUMAN BEING, I feel skype may not be able to be trusted.
I have tried countless times to get some form of sensible conclusion to my problem but so far nothing has worked. I have paid my 3 months in advance but when I try to make a call a screen comes up that I have no credit. I have used your service 2 years ago and loved it. I am now trying to start up again but to no avail. I really hope that you will get back to me and help. It is very frustrating. As much as I know you have a good product, if someone does not get back to me and help me, then I shall cancel my subscription and go to another provider. I am fed up with Skype. They have been billing me incorrectly. One can turn of the Auto Recharge option ALL DAY LONG AND IT WILL SHOW AS DISABLED yet you will be charged every few days. I want to finish off the credit I have left but it it just goes on and re-charges me every few days.
There are no humans one can speak to. I am cancelling all my subscriptions etc. with them. They are cheats
