I have already cancelled my unlimited call subscription on 11th Mar 2012, but unfortunately i have been charged for the next month (auto recharge). I have got any email from skype about the cancellation of the subscription and also it has been mentioned that no further payment will be charges for the cancelled subscription.
Then why was I charged for the next month?
Can you refund me the amount/balance please?
