What does calling minutes means? I still cant make any phone calls

Your subscription is active and working, but it doesn't include Turkey and this is why calls are not going through.

Based on your call history you are trying to call Turkey:

In your initial post you said that you made a payment, but you haven't been credited. Subscriptions don't add credit to account, subscription adds calling minutes and this is why your balance has not changed.

In the future if you go to subscription website make sure you type in the country name in order to get all the available subscriptions. Just like shown on this screenshot.

Hello, I don't understand, I bought the worldline plan for 3 months through livingsocial. And first of all, my balance got used and plus, now I cannot call anymore!!

I bought the living socail deal to call a mobile in Australia.  The coupon said land lines and mobiles! Now is it onlt saying landlines?  I made sure to buy this under ther conditions stated. Please let me know if I can get a refund, or will be able to call mobiles.
