I just received the bill from Keep which is the subscription of 3 months unlimited call.
I forgot to cancel the subscription in advance, so it automatically charged from my credit card. But I don't want to subscribe anymore.
Can I have refund?

I need to cancel my subscription as it is not what we need. We need to be able to call from our phone, my wife does not use a computer.
Please advise when it has been cancelled.
