Did you get an answer? I have the same problem. All kinds of Hype and incomplete, shaded descriptions of what you get, but no clear written answers, and no human being anywhere, to even acknowledge that I exist.
I agree. I'm told that if I call the UK from the USA, the cost is 2.3 cents per minute. I've just made a 2 hour phone call using Skype, the cost should be something like $3 - the actual cost is $12. There is no one I can speak to about this, nowhere I can go for an explanation - what sort of customer service is that?
This is SOOO frustrating!! I need a human being! I swear the chat agent named Rochelle was a computer. I asked her specific questions, and I get these super vague responses, and then "she" just disappeared. Now I'm waiting for a new chat to start. The website says you can email for support, but I don't see it as an option. I'm seriously considering switching to Magic Jack. Eff this!
I would like to know too. I am worried. I set up an account and paid 107,000 won to my bank for one year and the only thing I am hearing about is paying 12.00 per month. I did put the account number on the paperwork with my signiture. I set up this program so I could call my mom who is very sick. She is 89 years old. I needed to save the money for my plane ticket to go see her. It would be ok if they said we are waiting to get everything done if the money amount was correct but I am afraid that I am losing precious time and they are only going to refuse me and the money is gone.

There could be indeed times that you may get unrelated or possibly weird responses from some agents, but you can send them a second or a follow up email as there could be a chance that your concern may be routed to a more qualified, trained and more willing to assist customer service representative;
I made a $30.00 credit card payment in October for what I thought was a renewal of my phone number. Now they tell me my number will expire in one day. The payment shows in the payment section but it doesn't seem to have gone anywhere. I've also got $5.03 credit showing on the account. It seems I did the same thing last year. I would like to know where the money is going to.
The same thing is happening to me. I renewed and it was charged to my credit card but it is still sending me notices I need to renew and my number no longer works. I would greatly appreciate it if you would let me know if you ever get an answer.
