Dear Customer Service,
On the 31.12.2011, I filed a monthly subscription for my intended calls to USA, France and the Philippines. Skype Communicatio, Luxembourg, Lux have charged my Credit Card on the 5th of January 2012 (21.84 Eur) and again on the 02Feb2012 (another 21.84Eur). I have sent an inquiry to you (Skype, GBR, 44870835190) regarding this matter for reasons that I have no access to this subscription, even until now. And I am still charged for calls I made (11.50 Eur) to the above mentioned countries as a nonsubscriber. Can you please rectify this matter.
If I have my way, I wish this subscription (monthly charging of 21.84 Eur) be cancelled and have the amount refunded to me. Thank you!

skype is impossible to contact. You can email them if you can find the how to contact page but then you may wait forever for their reply. I tried to pay with a visa gift card for my monthly subscription but the card won't work outside the U.S. and you guessed it, they are not in the U.S.! I have had so many problems with these [please keep posts courteous] that I'm considering google mail. I'm told it is better than skype and totally free! The skype video calls I have no problem with but the calls to mobiles are just a headache. They are cheap but sometimes cheap is not a good price. If any of you[no personal comments please]working for skype read this, contact me!!!

I am looking for an invoicere. my payment, this evening (Beijing time) made successfuly.
Signing in failed, as allegedly the passwurd be wrong. The PW has so far been used successfully, when I had to ign in. No offer for a new PW was given.
My simple and straightforward request has remained un-unwered since more than one hour
Please give a short and plausible AW, if a mistake at my can be asserted.
Alternatively, provide a possiibility for the change of the PW.
I am upset about your lofty handling of my justified basic request.
