I have several accounts that have, over the last few months, become very confused!!! AND it is impossible to call you for a simple solution!!!
Somehow I mistakenly given a bargain accout to call Brasil, but that did not include CELL PHONES in Brasil! So I added another for cell phones which after a week or so was used up! So I had to set up another!.
I have always had the U.S. and Canada package. But I have also had some other redundant subscription which is costing a fortune for nothing!
AND until yesterday I had A special Skype to go number so people with Skype could call my house phone! I was warned that it would not been able to be continued unless I paid by Mar 22. I paid YESTERDAY!!! I put in $75 to cover EVERYTHING! But I have no number posted today!!!
I'm frustrated as well - it would be nice if there was a contact number when you have a question. I've been searching this site for the past 10 minutes trying to find one - no luck.
This is only the second time that I tried to make a payment on my skype account - and unsure if the payment was processed, I did and re-did it 3 times. Now apparently I have $14.00 x 3 payments....I only wanted to make one $14.00 payment. How do I reverse the other 2 payments. As well, I would like to confirm that I do not want my account enabled, so that my credit card is not charged when my account goes below $3.00. I do not find this site very user friendly. I would really appreciate some assistance ASAP. Thank you.
I have tried the Google thing and get a list of links. None of them do anything except send me to the support home page whenre the whole ridiculous cycle starts again.
Prior to all that I managed to send a question off from the "Get more help" page and a message appeared saying "Your chat has started in a new window, a support representative will be with you shortly."
No representative, no window in either the browser, Skype or the email client frrom where I initiated the enquiry.

I have questions using skype to video chat with my son in Italy. He has skype and is able to use his, I have yet to figure out how to use mine. He said it was free is we did video chats using Skype free video calls. How do I make this work? I am very frustrated by how difficult it is to find a respresentative to chat on line with me now, or call and help me via my phone. Please respond to this as I am needing this to use Skype, but this lack of personal help is really making my feelings regarding using Skype far too difficult. I need to speak with a support respresentative either phone or on line chat, but so far this is my second request for help and still no help.
