It is so annoying when you need to write/talk to support directly you will spend lots of time looking for the right Link or whatever then at the end you have to post in a forum where non-personal info is to be shown and all takes even more time!
I have a payment issue and would like a support email to be writing to or other direct support contact.
What I have paid for is not happening.
Its been working fine for a very long time but this time there is an issue.

I am Chalfontmac and I mistakenly rejected a credit card payment of £81.48 which was on my bank statement on 16th. February. you then cut of my access to world wide free calls. The chargeback showed up on my statement on the 27th. february. I have been in communication with you about this and you kindly reinstated my worldwide service and asked me to get the bank to reinstate the payment. they say theycant because it was a debit card payment but if you will reject thechargeback they will at once reinstate the pakyment. Please help as I do not wish to lose my world wide service and the bank will pay the money once you reject the charge back . Terence McCarthy

Impossible, I've had £69 leave my account - no idea for what and no way of finding out. I am having to ring the credit card company to recharge.

It wasn't. It was an attempted SCAM. We never contact customers like that.
You should never answer calls from someone you don't know.
