I am still waiting on my refund the account per SKYPE when I log in has been canceled. But no activity in PayPal....this is how they received there money and I continue to wait.

First, one would not feel compelled to shout if Skype were not unprofessional in it's policy practices.
Secondly, Skype is becoming notorious for unethical practice related to customer service.
Evidence is in almost every forum.
Thirdly, I support a class action suit not as the last resort but the first. Skype is one of the few international service providers I have ever encountered that does not permit telephone customer service, makes it's service and legal department virtually impossible to locate.
Any company that abuses it's powers to prevent or strongly dicourage customer complaints via not providing them access is by all accounts is acting suspiciously financially corrupt.
Lead me to the link not sign -in, obviously, I am there already, but the link that provides me a form that I may request a refund and a form that I can use to file a legal complaint.
A registered letter to germany head office is not an acceptable option.
Don't insult your readers intelligence by sending them on a wild goose chase. Man-up and offer the link to the department that will help this individual not evade ones right to service.

There is some serious issues here. I have been trying to reach my relatives during the last few days. The only success is that my account gets debited without even hearing a voice on the other side. The rest of the times 'Internal Error' and no codes to even search. Not even a support email for the this so called 'paid' service.
