Extra Charge

Dear Skype, even though I just simply love Skype to Skype, I have one little problem. It is

only pennies worth but it can add up if it happens often enough. As you charged me for my

subscription that I did order, you added another charge that I cannot identify of $.39. Please explain, or if it was an error, which I suspect, refund me. Thanks. Laudate
