How come it is so hard to find the contact information of Skype's customer service? I have been searching all over but can't find no e-mail address, no phone number, not even your very own Skype customer service name! I was offered with a free Unlimited World package but when I tried using it, it wouldn't allow me to contact anyone and ending up purchasing calling cards. After that you are now charging me of something I never used! Is this a scam??? I would like to report this matter to the Consumer Affairs if 1.) you will not provide a contact information of your Customer Service Department, which should be easily accessible to all of your clients; and 2.) if you will refund me with the Unlimited World that you charged me.
You should have a hotline or something we can contact. I expect an immediate response.
I too am having problems trying to contact a REAL customer service rep. Putting us through the "hoops" in trying to find help tells me Skype has some real service problems. I have been without service for two weeks and can't find a solution.
And I am equally totally frustrated!!! This is ridiculous - there is not even a way to send you an EMAIL - and forget any kind of more personal contact information!! I have a simple and cannot find a simple answer anywhere on the skype site. So I join the ranks of a dissatisfied customer!
If you didn't find an answer from FAQs and you need to contact customer service then all you need to do is search with keyword support on FAQ site and first link you get is https://support.skype.com/faq/FA1170
If you follow the steps in that FAQ then you will be offered either email or chat support depending on your account.
Like any other company on every single Skype page there is About us link at the bottom where you can find Skype email address: http://about.skype.com/where-is-skype/
But the problem using with email address instead of support form is that most cases can't be solved with one email, because customers don't provide all the necessary information. For example some don't provide their username, some don't provider order ID when they ask about payments etc.
