What is the direct linkt to chat with custom care, a phone #, someone to complain to. I really don't know how you stay in business customers keep getting payment failed when there's money in the account.

u can email cust service and they seem to be very helpfull and respond quickly,their email address is...............en_support@skype.net

I found the post somewhat helpful. I think skype should have a direct link to chat and email under the Support tab. I don't want to keep having this problem month after month. I think if there where custom care call centers around the world, unemployment will go down and Skype will benefit from more satisfied customers.

It seems that Microsoft isn't any better about being able to be contacted for help. I keep getting a non-delivery when I sent to skype support email, that I used ever since I joined onto Skype. Now it is even more difficult to get to skype/microsoft to help with your account. This is rediculous!!
