To Skype staff (and experienced users)
Please cancel my recent credits of 60 euro that are done on 17 jan. I was trying to buy 10 euro as usual but Skype balance was not refreshed immediately, so I kept trying... and now I have all 6 attempts processed with 60 euro credits delivered. I have learned this morning that it was an issue with Skype system that Skype is looking at to fix, hopefully it's fixed by now...
Please cancel it. On my Purchase history it's still shown with status 'Pending'.

I've sent 'Credits bought - to cancel' request through this interface and 've got a confirmation email about receiving my request.
From your experience, are Skype cooperative to accept your request? It's clearly their fault not to refresh your Balance straight away and confusing the Customer by that...
