Hi, I have accepted to use a free month offer to call mexico city. It already shows that the credit has been delivered however, when trying to make a call, it says that I don't have credit. My credit card information has been registered as well. What to do?

Hi,
You have more than one account and right now you are making calls from the wrong account. Please open Skype client and sign out. Make sure you sign in with the exact same username you used for this forum.
