Credit gone away

I received a Skype email today announcing that I should use my credit of 8,56$ within the 3 coming days, and that is what I tried to do but my credit had already disappeared. Please send instructions on how to recover my credit Thanks in anticipation Regards anne

Hi,
It looks like you have more than one account and right now you are making calls from the wrong account. Please open Skype client and sign out. Make sure you sign in with the different username than you used for this forum.
