Hello, I have been informed, for more than 10 days now that the bank transfer, regarding my request mentioned above which value is around 12 € more or less, has already gone through, but still I have not received any news from you. I had made a mistake on the first reques, as I didn't want to pay that high amount at one time, but I have done all that I should for the second. Could you help me please?
