Credit card expiration date change

Why is it so difficult to make a one number change to my credit card profile. I need to change the expiration date year from 2012 to 2015. I have changed this detail on other sites with absolutely no problem, still can't find it on this site. I give up!!

Thanks for giving us more and more pages to read. All I wanted to do was to change my credit card expiration date. I added a new card then found out that I had to disable "auto recharge" before deleting the old one. I have deleted the old card but I can't figure out if the visa card i have entered is the new one because the last 4 digits are the same.

I am really tired of wasting so much time on something that should be so simple. Never had so much trouble on other websites. Does SKYPE ever intend to have some phone help??

It has worked for me several times and for millions of other customers. In case you have trouble following the steps or it doesn't work for some reason then again as stated above you can contact customer service: https://support.skype.com/faq/FA1170

I can't change your account details for you, you would need to do it manually yourself and FAQ created for this should help. If not then customer service can walk you through the process step by step.
