I to have searched for a customer service contact, and can not find one? How do you change your phone coverage. i signed up and then found out it was free, now they
have my credit information and have started billing my account even through I have NOT made ANY CALLS. Any body know how to get out of their contacts? cusomer service contact? Please some else haas had to cahnge service out there!!

At the top of this page is link "Support".
Once you click on it you will be taken to support site. From there if none of the FAQ's help then you can simply search with keywords "customer support".

I need a quick response
Customer support is non-existent and the runaround through this maze of postings is insane. Give us a phone number, email address....why make us sort through all of the commentary in search of the answer, AFTER we have to register and sign up for this torture? You gave us the http// address that leads right back here. It's a very frustrating system that is only going to continue to get worse as more and more people start posting their frustrations and questions. It will end up searching for that needle in a haystack - making people wonder if the service is worthwhile. You should get your customer service people to use your own service and let us SKYPE with them for free. Then we can get use out of the service and have some satisfaction in getting some personal attention.
Dear Sirs: I do not want the phone service that cost $13.99 billed to my credit card on the 25th of October. By now the 25th of November will be billed. I do not want any of your phone service that cost me money. I do not have money for this, as I've no one to call. I do all my calls on my cell phone. Please reply to this e-mail. What customer support? I paid for the service only to find out I need to also pay for a phone number and "Credits"? OMG! What a scam! In America skype would have already been sued by a class action lawsuit! Proud to be an American. Skype why did I pay for a year?
