This company is SCAM. They seem to be specialized on "internet trade" based in Hong Kong. There is no information about the company itself on their website.
They seem to have some kind of subsidiary in the UK but in e-mails they call themselves "international company"... There is no such term.
The biggest problem with their sales are the VAT/TAX problems within the EU and serious warranty concerns.
I ordered - trusting Skype - a GE Skype Phone from them and I paid through my company account. Now they neither provide me with a proper sales invoice, nor an address within the EU to demand one.
Any goods from outside the EU are subject to custom fees and taxes. Ebuy.com offers the same phone and the price is including VAT properly. So chatandvision seems to do tax fraud, maybe they don't pay duties as well.
Be aware and DO NOT ORDER ANY GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY.
I hope someone at Skype is reading all this negative remarks and will remove them from their website.
I am doing a police report for internet fraud on them and I advise everyone to do so as well. You should also include Skype since the goods are advertised clearly on their website.
I have ordered a headset in January 10 and have not received yet, I have already exchanged several emails however the headsets were not delivered. I am in Brazil and thought they were having problems to send here. As I can see from previous posts this is pretty scary that I may not have the headset sent at all.
I will advice the ones I know in Facebook so they can be aware of this company.
Well, i bought a tablet off chat and vision, and it came in a month. I had to complain to them in the second week, but then i just arrived in under a monsth. I got freaked out when i was this, but it seems to be fine, good luck. hope your orders come soon
It seems to me that I've made the same mistake and did not thoroughly check chatandvision reviews in the Skype community. I ordered a cell phone from them and expected my item to shipped within 1 week after my payment processed. Nope, not that lucky. It's been 2 weeks now and my order is still processing. I'm just wondering how long it takes to process and ship item if it's in stock? Every e-mail have been replied with vague response. Done a lot of online shopping and this is a first time I can see such a delay.
Today asked to cancel my order and refund me money. Will see what's going to happen next.

I ordered GE phone without reading this thread. Then I got worried.
But I was lucky. I got good response from the customer care. I found there were two persons replying my queries. One of them was just asking me for patience and other one was giving me direct answers.
They shipped my phone from CA to NC and I got my phone within 3 days of ordering. They shipped in USPS and provided the tracking number.
I am happy given it costs 10$ more in Amazon now and I didn't have to face any scam.
Just ordered 2 telyHD, now wish I'd seen this forum and would have bought another model from another supplier.
Order payment failed and asked me to resubmit, which I did. I now have 2 order confirmations and 2 payment confirmations.
Based on reading this forum, I sounds like I will never get my items either.
if anyone has any phone numbers please let me know.
Credit card payment fraud team get a call from me if the item aren't here by wednesday. If the item arrive I will remove this post
Hi - I got the GE Cordless phone from chatandvision. It arrived quickly and the package was complete, but when I set everything up I found the hardware was defective! I wrote to email@example.com the first time on March 21 with no reply, then again on March 25, still no reply. I was hoping to do an exchange at first, but now I just want my money back.
Will I ever get it?
Skype is losing my trust by associating with this business, especially by hosting their products on its website.
Absolute scam - avoid at all costs!
I ordered the Galaxy Nexus S on December 30th 2011. They took them money straight away, then tried to work out how they would source it. They kept promising they will send it for 8 weeks...8 weeks!?
The only saving grace was they did reply to emails.
We then checked with them that they were going send the UK version, WITH Super-Amoled screen (as per the product description on their website, of which I have saved a screen shot of)....and they said no, they are sourcing the cheap, non-UK version WITHOUT the Super-Amoled screen. The cheap version is vastly inferior and is not supported by Samsung UK - so this is not a trivial mistake.
No apology. So glad I checked because returning it would have been a nightmare.
They then took 4 weeks to process the refund - I had to chase many times.
I too had no idea the company was based in hong kong.
I urge anyone looking to order to search elsewhere. There is a reason why you need to pay more.
It's not often I say something like this, but this company deserves to go out of business.
