During the meantime irrespective what the reply maybe from Ms Jennifer Hart ( whoever that is?)i Suggest no one purchase anything ( inc Skype products ) from this business. Well After filing various grievences with PayPal, Ebay, the Skype forum and elsewhere I have now taken receipt of the ordered product. It is possible I would have taken receipt anyhow. Even if I had not made my grievance known, due to their lack of communication. That I will never know.
There is a problem but this i will take up with Ms J Hart. If only this company had better communications or some communications with its customers. The customers suspicion would not have borne fruit. With todays scams, frauds etc. an online shop really must communicate cleanly, effectivly and efficiantly all the way from order to delivery. So if there is a problem, the customer is more understanding. This company needs to learn that. If it can learn to communicate then people will buy more. I suggest that if you are going to purchase from ChatandVision maybe an email / telephone or other contact prior to your order will allay your fears.
I have dealt with many Chinese company, communication does seem to be a problem on internet sales. or you get too much and it is a pack of lies.

In order to add to this thread. I've ordered a canon 60D and a canon 17-55 lens on 4May2012 (total £1,252.9 on chatandvision.com, I've been debited within days. I was expecting a delivery within 5-10 as claimed their website. I've still not received anything. From the low level of information from their Customer care I understand that the parcel is not even dispatched yet. They are claiming that they are experiencing a high number of demand.
By looking at the web now (I should have done that before), I can see that they are failing to deliver items above $100. I believe that the "In stock" displayed on their website for the camera and the lens I've paid for is a LIE. How can they not be able to dispatch a camera and a lens after 4 weeks if they have them in stock.
I'll keep you posted if I ever receive the camera. My current advise: DO NOT SEND YOU ANY MONEY!!
