I'm the same but I bought a phone thinking I would get it fast for a good price. Also thought that it would be safe because of skype. But it has been processing for two weeks now. I send a mail asking when they are going to send it and that was last Tuesday,but until today I haven't heard anything from them. I'm really sad and if i don't hear anything to my sencond mail, then I just want to get a full refund and get it somewhere else. Cause it takes to long and when you send a message you hear nothing back.

it seems to be Skype has corporate with a SCAM !!!!
i've made payment and received a confirmation of my payment from chatandvision, but now they told me they did not receive my payment [edited for inappropriate language] !!
i try to inform other people in youtube but my comments in Youtube were hidden by chatandvision, so that other victim could not see it. i need to ask Skype.... WHAT IS THIS? please reply, for your information we are forming a group to find out what is happening to Skype in corporating with such a SCAM..

It is pity that only a fraction of the cheated ChatAndVision customers write here or even read this.
Do not believe what C&V writes here or what they write in their mails; they are desperate. Only the facts are relevant: returned money or delivered products in time matter. They have finally found out that they are out of business with their unethical business practices.
Social media has started revolutions in Arabic countries, let us show that we are strong together and we can throw cheating C&V out for ever. Continue using this and other social media.
The CEO of C&V should have come out with his own name, contact information and picture to apologize and to explain why they have been cheating and how they will compensate their bad acts.
I have had the same scenario in 2012
the offer came on a Skype official offer
via a skype email
No product even though the seller offered to take care of the issue
The worst part is that Skype's reply - LOL -
