Chat and Vision - SCAM!

Hi everyone,

We purchased on 2 September 2011 RTX dualphone 3088 from Skype page that refered us to chatandvision.com where I made an order. Since that time, we still waiting for delivery to come. Our office is located in Canada where all mail delivers 100% (we proud of it), so there is 100% problem on the other side, they either did not send it at or plane has been crashed . Today is September 21, 2011 and we still dont have the package. Yes, I did send couple emails to support and guess what? they say its been sent already by HK post. My last emails have not been anwered, so I think I should call my bank to get the money back. I will keep you updated if something...

Result: If you want to spend 100$, just send it to the donation or go to the club, but dont buy yourself a new phone from Chatandvision.

Sorry to hear that your order is not delivered, if you were told that it will be delivered soon then I'm sure it will be. There's not much Skype can do in this case as hardware is not delivered by Skype.

I have the same problem and I'm really worried about my money.

I did the order 10 days ago adding also the shipping in max 3 days as option (9€ more) and now I didn't stil recevied any hardware at home !!!! IT'S A FRAUD !!!

It's really unbelivable that a company like Skype has this kind of partnership.

I just received this phone. Everything looks good except WTF?? I did not get base station from them. How do I connect my phone now??? I would love to call them, but they are offline all the time. Email not at all! Thats F.. funny!

Ive emailed them many times. Finally I got the package, but there is no base station in it.. Now what???

I have a similar problem with them. Ordered the dual phone 3088 and it automatically put in the 50% discount and final amount displayed was correct ie 50% discount on the original amount displayed. Then put in my credit card details and submitted. When transaction was complete it deducted the full amount from my credit card. I am now trying to declare a dispute and cancel that order but they are not responding or cancelling that order.

If I go into my account online and do the indentical purchase it does reduce the amount to 50% of the original charge. If i then put in the special 50% discount it reduces this price even more. They keep just cancelling that reduced price order and leaving the more expensive non reduced price one so have tried to cancel all these orders before they start shipping but no response from them yet.

Hopefully skype can partner with someone more reliable.

I've exactly the same problem.

I ordered the RTX dualphone on 10. 10. 2011 and my credit card was charged the same day. I got an email from Chat and Vision and they told me that my order is on hold because they need more information from me like a scanned copy of my credit card and proof of address. How come ? They have my money already. I think they just steal the money from customers. I not understand why a company like Skype deals with Chat and Vision. From now no more email answered. I don't know how I can get my money back?

I will never buy again something from chatandvision. I bought a smartphone 15 days ago, and now its commercial value is decreased of 20%, but I still have to receive it. Amazing.

I'm thinking also to stop with skype, if it goes on with this service...
