Charged twice

Hello

 

In a week, I have been charged twice the same amount even though I have not made any calls since the last time I was charged (10 Euros both).

 

Who should I contact and how?

Please file with Skype Customer Service: contact customer service

Include in your report the dates, amounts, and transaction numbers of the charges.
